Free Dining 2014 Discussion

My TA told me that it was coming out for DV card holders before I told her what I had read so I think it a go!

So after reading a few posts, I decided to call Disney Visa Rewards and talk with them about it. Then, not getting the response I was hoping for I had a coworker who is also waiting for FD call too. Both of us got similar but disappointing news.
Both CSR's said that there were no new offers specifically nothing regarding FD. The 2nd rep said "we do know before the day that offers drop, it wouldn't be very helpful to have a customer service rep who knows less than the customer." I am not sure about that! Lol. I am still calling first thing in the am, I am still holding out hope! The fella I talked to said that starting at 7am they have a dedicated Disney offers team and to call and check with them just in case. Staying positive it will be today, I just want to book my flights!

Yes for a second when that CSR told me "we always know ahead of time" I really got sad but then I came back to reality and remembered everything I've read and all the advice about not trusting everything they say Getting excited for 7am!! So close but so far away. I wonder if Black is sleeping tonight lol

I hope it's today! I need to get this over with already!! I drop my kids off at 7. So I will call after that. I have an half an hour drive to work hopefully I can get it done by then but I doubt it.

Yes. The only thing that matters for free dining is the check in day.

I need this over too! But I am not a lucky person so that being said I have a feeling I will suffer a little longer! I will keep checking to see if I should call or not. Hopefully I will be!
