I KNOW!!! We have never stayed at Carribean Beach, but I have been hearing rumors that they are installing the same Murphy beds that are in the AB section of POR during the refurb that is happening now. I have scoured the web wishing there were a site for CBR that is like Andre's Port Orleans site, but no such luck. I am following a few threads here to see what I can find out. I just LOVE POR, so I really don't think I'd venture away, but if this rumor is true, it is nice to know that Disney may be adding to their options of accommodations for families of 5 outside of Deluxe and suites

Oh wow! That would be wonderful! I really think there is a need for at least 1 other MOD to sleep 5! I wish they'd eventually do some of the standard rooms at CSR to sleep 5 too!

Pretty sure that andrewilley IS the fella who created and runs the Port Orleans website - it is AWESOME! In fact, when I need site specific info about Port Orleans (R or FQ) I will head there before I hit the Disney site!! Seriously any question you have can be found within that site - he even posts the activity schedules when they come out, no stone unturned there!!!

Yes he is awesome. It is like being on this thread. Everyone over there is very friendly.

It's the "unofficial site." One thing I think I read is that with the 2011 or 2012 remodel is that all rooms have a Murphy bed. They USED to be called "trundle beds"-and those were only in some of the rooms. But I'm pretty sure I read that all rooms have the new Murphy bed now. I feel like sometimes I call and they know all about it, and sometimes I'm filling them in. The only other place I did some more extensive reading about POR is here: go to the easyWDW website and on the right column look for resort reviews- lots of pics, too!

I haven't been- so I don't claim to be an expert- but I have this new little habit of reading everything I can about our trip and trying to be super informed! Hope that helps!!

I have spent all day making protest signs about no offer today. Black said we might have something come out today, but no offer. So...I want my money back. Hmmm...I didn't pay anything for his advice. Ummm, ok...I want an apology for every promise broken. Hmmmm...no promises were made, just educated guesses, and each time with a disclaimer that no promises were made. But I DESERVE free dining....oh, ok, I don't deserve free dining, it is just nice if Disney offers it. So.....I guess I have no reason to be upset with Black, just thankful for his FREE information that he kindly and willingly shares with fellow Disney fans to give us hope that a great offer is probably on the way. Black is being a super guy that is helping all of us and has offended no one. Ok, forget that I posted.

Well I DO DESERVE free dining, but black has no control over that, and besides I have a whole nother year plus of waiting to see if it will be offered for NEXT November. But hey it is fun following these threads, and sometimes entertaining.

One correction- what you offer is better than "educated guesses," but they are still not guarantees. You take years of experience, add wisdom, combine it with some inside information, then make your best predictions. Not promises, but more than just educated guesses.

And sorry for making your head hurt. Just trying to lighten the mood after so many of us were ready to go at 7 am this morning.

Can someone clarify?
ADRs can be made at 180+10. If I have a room only reservation, will it allow me to do the +10? And what time online? Can I do the +10 online?
And FP+ can be made at 60 days - is that true if I have a room only reservation still? And that is at midnight eastern time?

Yes, the +10 for ADRs will work online for room reservations. You can start booking online at 6am, 7am by phone. You must have tickets linked to your MDE account to book your FPs (at midnight), but they do not have to be purchased through Disney.

Thanks! It is getting so complicated and there are so many dates/times to keep straight!
Hopefully we will know about FD for November around August so I know if I will be getting tickets from disney (as a part of the package) or somewhere else like UT if no FD.
Is there a +days when booking FP+?

Does anyone know if you make FP+ reservations and then have to modify (shorten/lengthen stay) if it will mess up your FP+? We still have some things that may be up in the air at 60 days that we need to get worked out by 45 days.

I've got a dining question? We currently have a res for October with MM. We plan on switching over WHEN FD is announced with DV card. Can I keep my current ADR 's or do I have to book all new ones?

You can keep them! They are separate from resort reservations.

Same here. If I have nothing to stalk on here....i will move to the Disney website and hunt down and stalk for the ADR we decided to add and is not available. Imagine that, we got a prime BOG and OHANA dinner, and now can't get garden grill. I'm sure I could have got it at 180, but now we changed our minds on another one and my parents and kids out voted our coral reef and want garden grill. So, since were pretty sure its going to be at least Thursday or next week, I will stalk someplace else

I can't imagine that Garden Grill can be filled very far out--they often take walk-up, don't they?? I wonder if something was just wrong with the site??

I have had success with BOG by checking back periodically. I have also had friends walk up and get it if they go early in the evening (though, that was in the off season).

Me too! My ADR's are already made but I'm ready to finalized my resort reservation and hope I've picked the right week, lol!

Jumping in and paying attention. Although it would be a very long trip and expensive. I would love to go back to the WDW and see if the magic is still there. Free dining would make it better or some offer.
