Then why would chase even bother with releasing codes in the first place? Seems to be more hassle than its worth if all the CM has to do is look at the first four digits.

Because there is still a code that is tied to the offer.
But tomorrow morning, the CMs should know about it, and you shouldn't need to give it to them.
However, just in case you get a CM who hasn't read their morning memo, or hasn't had their morning coffee, you might want to have the codes handy.
More of a JIC than anything.

Ok I don't understand something......why do some of you keep calling over and over when you know you can't book today??? I'm really not trying to be mean but all this accomplishes is bogging down the phone lines and causing other people who actually have business that can be conducted today to have to wait on hold forever!! And the CMs have all the codes there's really no need to beg for codes. I just don't understand......there are enough people on here that do know what's going on and were kind enough to say early this morning that it wasn't happening today that there's really no need to get yourself all wound up.....

When I spoke w. DV earlier today, I confirmed that both POFQ & POR are on the list, i asked if she could forward me a copy of the offer and she did...the are listed. I called and spoke w/ CM later and she confirmed that I needed to call back tomorrow with my 5 didgit promo number and when I asked directly about POR & POFQ she said "it's included for DV members". They may not include in the offer to the general public, but that is good enough for me...

That's what I was also told by DV and the CM I talked to.

Some of us were calling, because according to Chase, we were supposed to be able to book today.
Now that we know what happened, I don't believe anyone is still calling.

CBR has a wonderful pool for little ones, with the cute pirate ship play area. I would switch to CBR (preferred location) and save money. Actually, I would probably switch to CBR and then add on a night or two, so I wouldn't save money.

We have a 15 and 9 year old.....CBR is the only resort that we HATE thus far. Too many stops and the resort is too big! If you want my opinion, WL all the way.

I was given that code for the moderate as well. Moderate and Deluxe both get the regular dining plan, vs QSDP for the value, which is why their codes are different.

I really hope this is true! As much as I want to stay at AoA it would be $679 more for QS vs. TS.

I hope POR is included! That would be awesome! But just incase we have CSR as a back up
