407-939-7639 and say agent through all prompts

By calling this number all you are doing is backing up the TA line. They don't have an assortment of numbers to call. It is not getting you thru any quicker. These agents are doing their job calling for their clients. Many were on hold last week for well over 4 hours due to the back up on their line.

Please use the other numbers available to the general public.

thank you!

That is not the number for TA's that you quoted.

I have all of my ADR's booked under an account I set up under my husbands name and I am waiting for the FD to book the resort under my account (I want all of the resort stuff to be under my account since I've always booked our trips on that account).

Will we still be able to use the ADR's even if they are not on the same account we will be booking our resort and FD under?

Or do I need to make the resort resv. and FD under the account where I've already booked my ADR's?

Does that make sense?

Pretty sure u can just add him as a friend on ur account and everything will show up but adr's arent linked to ur resort at all so no worries

We are booked for sept fd package but the flight i just booked has me not leaving csr till 345 so i may need to add a park ticket to my package. What is the latest i can do this without an added fee other than the cost of the extra day ticket?

I actually have the same question. Anyone know? :confused3

I am sure this has been discussed on this 180+ page thread, but I just heard from my AAA TA that the reason POR and ASM are not available for the FD offer is that the resort must have at least 30% of rooms available before Disney can legally make a discounted offer for the rooms. She said POR had less than 5% availability for the entire FD window. This means that people are pre-booking the rooms expecting to get the dining added free later (which we know people have done all along, but not to the degree they did this year.) Apparently, as word has spread about this, it has now come back to bite.

It's a shame, to me. We have not ever pre-booked, but have always gotten the FD and always stayed where we wanted to. For our family of 5, the Alligator Bayou section of POR is OUR resort. We love it. But, this year we will be taking the grandparents along and getting 2 rooms at CBR because of POR being full. We are excited about trying a new resort, although we will miss POR, Riverside Mill, Bob Jackson, and all the lush greenery and quiet pools. But, like Walt said,

“Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things… and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”

A few more questions:

What time can we book the resort online for FD? Or do we have to go thru a CM at 7:00 a.m.?

Also, are the October dates supposedly going to be released tomorrow as well or is the FD only for dates into September?

Thanks!

Is anyone else having issues with Disney's website? I have been trying since yesterday to price a trip in October in the hopes of getting in on the public free dining offer tomorrow and I just can't seem to get anywhere with it! Very frustrating . . .

Yep, same here, it keeps looping back.

But what if you booked way before any of this FD talk started. Like way before. And now you have ADRs attached to your res. So you shld cancel and lose all that b/c it's taboo and messes up what resorts are included or excluded? What are the chances of getting a res like this switched to FD? And not losing ur ADRs? :(

You can cancel a resort and keep your dining reservations. Dining ressies are not directly correlated to your room number.

I've been trying to look at Dates also & it keeps looping back or not changing? System glitch??

We don't know what time they'll open FD online. Could be midnight, could be 3am, could be 7am Wed. It opened at midnight last year but who knows what they'll do this year. I'm just going to refresh the page every time my infant wakes up tonight. :)

They should open all the dates that are stated on the first page of this thread.
