My mother had to call wdw last night just to put a payment on our trip. Of course MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE was not working again. As I was sitting there listening to her talk, I told her ( DON'T GET OFF THAT PHONE UNLESS YOU ASK HER IF WE HAVE A PIN) which of course we don't but she even addmitted that they are left out of loop when any promos come out. She said one things for sure that within the next two weeks the fd pin will be going out by snail mail. Usually that is the way I've received pins in the past.

You can make a payment on line by going to the website, click on "order customized maps" which takes you to the old website, log in and click on "my reservations". I didn't try to make a payment but the option is there.

My family and I will be there September 22 to September 28. Staying at the beach resort. There are 10 of us. 6 adults and 4 children. We did get free dining but when I was comparing rates my husband and I would have done better with the room discount. When I called to change it there were no garden view rooms available for the discount. I did not want to change our room type as we have 3 rooms and the rate would go up by $1,600. So I kept the garden view room with free dining.

I called before and no pin! I actually got a fake code first!! Yesterday, I ordered a Disney DVD and updated my profile in their system. I called this afternoon and yes, I got a FD pin
I asked the CM why I never received it in my email, he didn't say anything!! The funny thing is that today is our 180 mark, so I got to make 4 days of dining reservations. I am not sure why I can't make reservations for the rest of the week. I guess I have to wait until they open up!!!
Anyway, I don't think you should give up calling if you don't have a pin yet!

2. ALL rules HAVE Exceptions that can and will be made - NOTHING is set in stone

I received my map today, and e mail for the video (again), still waiting for the pin, if you say they keep track of how many times you call, do you think that they will stop looking for one?
