Free Dining 2013 Part 2 ~ The Sequel

Very true If I remember correctly it was only around $20 for the 2 of us for 6 day base tix.

Not bad. There is something exciting about adding an extra day at the last minute. We did it once before and that day really seemed extra "magical." We've also had a fabulous day just poking around Downtown Disney and our resort and exploring some of the things we never otherwise seem to find time to do.

Currently I have a package with room and tickets booked for November. If we don't get any kind of free dining, and I decide to pay for the dining plan will I then be charged the new ticket prices?
And if I decide to add on a ticket after we get there and use the first day of tickets, will I have to pay the difference of old price to new? We currently have 5 day tickets booked but will probably need 6.

Well I just called again and no pin for me or anyone with me. Boooo! I know we should be happy we have a bounce back for the rooms but there are 12 of us (4 rooms) and free dining would be sooooo nice. I toyed with adding the dining plan but the sticker shock of the cost kept me from it. I know that is ridiculous as we will still eat at the same places but seeing that I almost have my packages ( 2 of the 4) paid for I just didn't want to feel like I was back at square one making payments. I think I'll just buy gift cards at Kroger and use those for dining. At least I can get fuel points with those.

Not sure about adding the dining plan, but as long as you use the ticket at least once, I don't think they ever charge you the difference, even with tickets bought from outside ticket vendors.

Add the dining now that way if you dont get it free you already have it with this ticket price?

Well I called earlier in the day to check on my account...no pin. My wife just called and checked on her account...no pin either. If anyone gets blacklisted it will be me. I call every day, and I am probably nearing my 17th call.

My sister just called to book her room only for Oct. 19th at POFQ (our bounce back starts Oct. 20th. She could not get a standard room as they were all booked. Said CM told her she took the last garden view for that date. Now I know people call and cancel all the time but if they are booked this far out for that date it does make me wonder about more discounts. I'm still holding out hope. Just thought I'd throw out what I was told.

Pofq is a small resort and with food and wine going no wonder its full for standard rooms.

This CM was so nice. He said let me look under your husband. He said he did have a pin but expires in Aug. I asked which email it was sent to. He paused and said there is no email here. He updated my DH email and guess what magically appeared! Going in DEC with free dining!!
