Free Dining 2013 Part 2 ~ The Sequel

What?!?! Who in the world has time to worry about another strangers family on there vacation.:confused:

To each, their own IMHO! You never know if that child had tons of veggies before they got to the restaurant?

I read some of the travel reviews as well on trip advisor and I have decided that we are just so happy to be on vacation it has to be REALLY bad for us to complain about something.;) Some folks I think always look for the negative! Life's too short.

its vacation in Disney!!!! cupcake for breakfast lunch and dinner!!! its all good!!! they have eggs milk and i'm sure some else nutritious!! :)

Off subject here..... How do I quote more than one person in a reply? Where do I go to figure that out?

I am really not good with computers...lol

Thanks!

Next to the "quote" button is a button with quotation marks. Click that in each post you want to multi-quote and then press "post reply" button;)

Would totally love to do a trip!:thumbsup2

No you misunderstand. :). They were not traveling together. They were complete strangers. There was no yelling. The reviewer was annoyed that at dinner he saw a family eating and the parents did not offer veggies to their kids. So he complained about it in TR!

My kids eat veggies every day. When on vacation we are on vacation. They would have loved me last year we were doing the F&W and my kids shared a funnel cake for supper. That would never happen at home and they loved it. On a side note kcwiak I think we are going the same time. We are sept 24- oct 2 at POFQ.

LOL
we have a parent grading system we like to use for parents.

a day one parent - the kids have ears, candy at 10 am and everyone is happy

day 2 parent - parents are getting a little annoyed

day 4 parent - parents are screaming at the kids, saying no to candy, and the aggravated look is now permanent.

day 5 parent - kids are now being pulled by ears, arms, and being told "that's it! never again!" LOL

my daughter and I will go thru the park and say yep " look there is a day 5!! , so funny ....

PS... this doesn't apply to us grandparents, we have raised our kids and the grandkids get what they want when they want and we love it!!!

:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Traveling with small kids is not for everybody. And I never really call it a "vacation", it's a trip! I need a vacation after I get home from the trip:laughing:

Not sure if this has come up yet so sorry if it's a duplicate. If you cannot see free dining on the website try the UK site. I was bugging my TA and she said there was a glitch with MDE. That triggered my brain to a comment about the UK site. Logged on and there it all was!

Some people have peanut allergies.....my kids have veggie allergies! Ask them....if any one of any variety get near them.....the break out in hives and start convulsing!

It seemed like only yesterday when we took the kids to Disney for the first time, ages 3 & 6, and now they are 13 & 16 and thankfully they both still love going!

I took my kids to Disney for the 1st time when they were 5 & 9. They are both now in their 30s & still like Disney - especially my daughter. She has a Mickey kitchen & bathroom - and we're going to Disney in Sep to celebrate my granddaughter's 4th birthday (she's been a Mickey fan pretty much since birth!).
For that matter, I first went to WDW preview center when I was 18 (park hadn't opened yet); will be 61 end of July & I still love going to WDW. You are NEVER too old for Disney!

"A" to the "men" on that!;)

Ok so Ronald and I are in the chat.

aagghhh - my 5-yr old grandson had his preschool graduation last night so I couldn't be there for the live chat :( Can we do this again please???
Btw, is "live chat" really talking or is it typing in real time? Either way, sounds cool & would definitely be up for that.

Typing real time; maybe could have the video live chat when Black gets back. You'll have to run that by him; ya know, with him being so shy and all...

I will go with you Pluto!!! My DH would be thrilled!:cool1::cool1:

Count me in too Pluto. (Wow - that took a lot of persuasion, huh? LOL) :thumbsup2:cool1:

And I am finally caught up on my reading now. Good thing Joe started this new thread before he left for the weekend. Otherwise he'd be coming back to an empty thread here 'cause we'd all be on the floor twitching & suffering from Dis thread withdrawal!

Okay, so we have:

Anyone else? The more the merrier.

I would love to join you. I went to DL one day without my kids. They were not happy with me. I'm not sure I could come home agian if I went to WDW without them. I'd have to come up with a very convincing cover story.:rolleyes1
