After 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold, I was able to book POFQ for our dates. I am relieved to have this done! Now I must wait for e-mail and confirm online to make sure it is really true!!

Yeaaa! I was on hold for 1 hour and 20 min., but it was totally worth it! He was able to add it to our existing reservation at POP and after confirming that I had paid my initial $400 (2 rooms) with a Disney Visa, I didn't have to pay another deposit.

Already have a reservation from Aug 22nd - Aug 30th. Does anyone know if they will add the free dining to my reservation or will I need to breakup the reservation into 2. One for 2 days without dining and one for 6 days with the free dining. any suggestions?

How long does it take to receive an e-mail with the free dining attached to the reservation after booking it? I checked my reservation online and can not find where dining package is. I only booked it 40 minutes ago though.

After being on hold for 30 minutes (not bad) I was informed that I couldn't add the free dining code to my stay at ASMFS for the dates I had already booked. Sept 18-23

She talked to a supervisor twice... couldn't get it to take it. She said VERY limited availability.

I'm bummed and not sure what we'll do.

Their inability to add the free dining to your reservation didn't have anything to do with the dates, but with the fact that it is the family suites. Those are excluded from the deal. Is it cheaper possibly to book two rooms and get the free dining for you?

I called at 7:00 am and was on hold for 45 minutes. I was just giving the CM my credit card number and I lost my cell. I was on my way to work, so I got to work and ran in and got on the landline. Another 45 minutes on hold and I am booked. Pop Century for 8 nights with all dining ressies and times I wanted - even the Castle!!!! I am so excited.

It could take some time as their email system has always been slow. Odd how you don't see it online though as mine is already showing after booking ~60 minutes ago. Wouldn't worry too much about it unless you don't see the email by tomorrow.
