I've been on hold for 1 hour and 22 minutes!!!! In the mean time I have booked on-line since it looks like you can add it to your ressie. Hope my signal doesn't fade on my cell!!!

I just got off the phone, but now I'm kicking myself because I wish I had added and extra day just in case. There is no way I will be able to add if I call now and stay on hold forever.

I think the reason you are still on hold is because they are so slow. I had all my info lined up and I was on the phone with the guy for about a 1/2 hour!

Do you have to put the deposit down right away or is there a hold period, hubby gets paid after 9am same day? Please let me know what you know.

I keep seeing references to trip insurance. Can you not cancel within a certain amount of time and get a FULL refund? Or is this for people who need to cancel at the last minute and can't get a refund?

I feel bad that so many are still on hold. I started continous redialing at 6:57(4:57 my time). Got through a ,minitute or two before 7:00. Stayed on hold for about 8 minitues, before called was answered. I turned 40 today, but won't have time to be depressed about it. I am too excited, I got free dining. I was going to cancel my res. if I didn't get it, because I would rather go in the winter months during a long weekend, to minimize the days my daughter will miss school. Free dining makes taking her out of school worth it for me.

I totally agree...I was on with the CM for 1/2 hour too.

Insurance is for if medical reasons keep you from going , they will refund your money. Or if you get sick while there they will pay depending on what is needed. I had to use the ins while cruising and it was a life saver. I will never leave home without having it.

I think you need to pay the deposit at the time of booking with the Disney Visa

When I booked a couple of months ago the CM asked if I wanted the dining plan and I told her no because I was going to try and get free dining. She told me to go ahead and book the hotel, basic dining plan and one MYW base ticket for each of us and when the code came out they could just add it so we could stay at the same hotel. We wanted to stay at POP, but we knew it was usually the first value resort to fill up.

I was told that you CANNOT modify an existing onlines reservation. You had to have called in b/c VISA doesn't work with online. My guy wouldn't let me make a new one on the phone with him and then cancel the online ressie because he "knew what I was doing". So you would have to make a new one and THEN cancel the original one, according to my CM

I was on hold for an hour got thru got a quote that did not included free dining(code didn't go thru). Rose put me on hold, but unfortunately kids started to arrive and I had to hang up.
The best thing is she just called me back!!!! What an angel she was so sweet to call back and see if I booked my stay yet!!!

If you gave them an email address they will send you a conformation email that shows the change. I got mine a little while ago.

After 35 minutes on hold, I have FD added to my existing ressie! POP 9/19-9/27 with basic free dining. supercalfragalisticexpealidocis!

I started to have a problem when CM tried to enter me in past the dates he said it couldn't be done because the computer wouldn't let it (he got an error code twice). I said why is it that everyone else is getting it and I am not and he said because my travel dates went past the 20th. I said that shouldn't matter. He put it through one more time because I was so pushy and it went through! He said it is probably because the computers are so bogged down right now with all the calls. Don't let them tell you that you can't have it because you can.
