How do you know if the Dinning plan will be offered for free or not? We are going in Otober and would LOVE to get the free dining. We are paying for it now but but would love to be able to take that money and use it else wear.

They will release the news sometime around April 11th...at least that is the going rumor.

You don't know for sure until they actually offer it. If you are going in October, based on past years, they did not offer free dining for stays beginning in October.
