Free DDP?

Did Disney also do a free DDP last year for a stretch in August or September, or is this a first?

Yes last year Disney also offered a free dining plan in August/Sept timeframe. We took advantage of it in early Sept and it was great!

However, Disney doesn't TEND to repeat promotions. So I wouldn't count on this being available next year. It may be (which would be cool), or they may dream up something different.
