FREE Cricut Cartridge

I sent in a copy of my HL receipt AND a copy of HL's add that said 2/$99.
Hopefully that will be enough.

e-mailed. The automated reply said within 24 hours of receiving it. I sent it on Saturday. So they should've had it when business started up yesterday morning. I'd like to have the answer in written form so I can send a copy with my form in case there are any questions. (I had my Peter Pan DVD rebate rejected even though everything was there. I responded with a letter and clearly stated where each thing was and that I didn't appreciate having to waste my time to re-send it and pay postage twice when I had followed directions in the first place.)

My HL receipt just says 2@$59.99. Then there was a 30% discount taken off. I wonder if it would help if I had those little pieces of paper with the $59.99 price on them.

I fell off the wagon because of this deal - I was thinking of buying one, then I said, might as well make it two for this deal, then before you know I'll be mailing off my $15 for the 3rd free one (which will make #28.) One day at a time.

TOO funny!! But I think I need to join. I don't quite have 27 cartridges- only 20. But I have succeeded in convincing my 2 SIL's and MIL to get Expressions. So guess what kind of Christmas we are having??? A Cricut Christmas- 3 Expressions under the tree.

Did you try AWM's link on the first post? I had no luck opening the one on the Cricut site, but this one somehow worked for me.

Just when I had given up on hearing back from Cricut Customer Support, I got an e-mail response today (Dec 26). (My original question was e-mailed on Dec. 15.) Here is the reply regarding the Hobby Lobby receipts with Cricut products listed generically. Here's what I heard back:

Thank you for contacting us.
all you have to do is go back to hobby lobby and just have the manager write on the recipt that they were cartridges and sign it and send that in with the form

I still have my HL receipt, but I did the Creative Xpress thing and got the four carts at $27 each. My plan is to look at all six (4 CE + 2 HL) and decide which two to take back to HL. I figure it shouldn't matter which two I return there since the receipt isn't cartridge specific, and they sell all of them that I bought.

However, I just got my CE order this morning and one of the carts is backordered. I'd like to get this form out in the mail, but now I don't know if they'll accept the backorder issue. It's paid for and looks that way on the invoice. Maybe I'll give Cricut a call this time.

I submitted the invoice to Cricut before I even rec'd the cartridges, so I'm hoping that works. I haven't heard otherwise yet, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

This offer was for December 2007. As far as I know, they aren't doing it again this year.
