I'm so totally disappointed. I only buy the paper every couple of weeks for the coupons and well cause I like reading the paper. There was exactly ONE useful coupon for me. B1G1 free on my deodorant. A year ago I bought two sticks w/ coupon, and I've only made it through about 1 1/4. So I'll be set for another year with this coupon.

Btw, it's the smart source, P&G, and red plum. There's also an insert for pepsi/frito-lay company. All good coupons, but nothing I'd use.

I feel jipped now.

It's a shame that there weren't more useful coupons in your inserts. I get 2 Sunday papers delivered to my home but I always check the coupon preview websites to see if it's going to be an especially good week. If it is, I make it a point to remind my neighbors to save their inserts for me or I might even make a trip to pick up a couple of extra papers.

I use the taylor town coupon preview website but there are others that do a good job as well. Thye list usually gets updated for the next week on Thursday night.

Thanks, for the website. I also have another little project that I wanted to do with the actual newspaper. I recyced the last stack I had, so I needed a new one. But I was so excited to go through all the coupons, especially since P&G was in this insert. Charmin basic is about the only thing I buy on a regular basis, and not even a coupon for that.

I thought the coupon in the PG insert was good on any variety of charmin? I have used them for charmin basic and have not had a problem. there are several varities of charmin and it only shows one picture and just states charmin. I don't think I am doing anything wrong...

Yeah, but this week was only for a quarter (there's no doubling around here). A couple weeks ago, there was a P&G insert in the mail with a $1 off coupon, and Kmart had it on sale for $4.99. So $4 for a 12 pack was a good deal.

What brand of deodorant do you use? I go through at least a stick a month of my favorite, as do my 2 girls. Maybe I could save some money by switching to something else?

Kari got me hooked on it, it's the Right Guard clear solid. Not all stores sell it, I mainly only see it at CVS and Walgreens.
Yes I do use it everyday, and some how it's just lasted me forever. I hate gels, and solids just never feel like they work well. Of course the scent is slightly more "manly", but it's a light scent and not over powering.

There's no way a thing of deodorant can last a year if you use it every day. Just no way!

Dont ask me how, but I bought it when I got to Dallas a year ago. One is slightly used and the other is almost gone, less than a 1/4 of an inch left, so it'll be gone soon enough.

Sandra we've been getting coupons in the Wednesday mail packet, they may be doing that where you are as well...iirc you are currently in Modesto or Stockton, which is very near me.

Yeah, Modesto and those mailer coupons are so much better than the paper. At least Walmart sells the paper 50 cents cheaper.

Sandra, I will go through my coupons here, see what I need, then send you a list of others you may need. We got 5 inserts this week!

And my deodorant lasts anywhere from 4-6 months. I use at least once a day. I don't lay it on thick because I don't have to.

I also use Right Guard Sports stick or Old Spice.
