Well, dancing soon turned to tears when one of our pet turtles went missing in our backyard. My DD7 and I were watching them in the grass while DS was cleaning the tank and I went to check on something leaving her to watch 3 turtles and when I came back 90 sec. later, one of the turtles was missing. We searched for 3 hours yesterday, again last night, 5am, 8am and all day today and it is no where to be found. I made flyers and distributed them in the neighborhood so hopefully someone will find it. BUT of course DS blames DD for losing it "ON PURPOSE!!".

GUESS WHAT??? THE TURTLE IS BACK!!!!! Our neighbor just came over and was so excited that he found it. I called DD since she is with MIL and she thought I was joking. DS is at Basketball camp today so I get to tell him at 2:30pm when I pick him up. He actually said this morning that he didn't think the turtle would be back and I said, "You never know what could happen." Some serious today. Thanks so everyone for the concern and well wishes, it worked.

Thanks, DS just got home from camp so I said "can you check the turtles, they are acting weird?" (I am so evil!) He turns to me and says "Mom, I love you, you told me not to give up on him and he came home!" Ahh, the great mom moments!!!
