I leave tomorrow and just realized I never received my DME tags in the mail. What am I to do? Freaking out and need help ASAP. Also can I use DME w/o the tags?

Call DME and make sure you are actually registered(stuff happens:confused3).

You can still use the luggage portion of DME without the tags, when you check in at DME they will ask how many bags you checked and need to see your luggage claim tickets(not sure if they keep them, but I don't think so). I think they also get a quick description of the bags, color, brand, size, style etc. Or you can just pick up your luggage at baggage claim then head to DME(just remember if you do this you are responsible for tips, if DME gets the bags they cover tips)

Make sure you call though, if for some reason you don't have a DME reservation they can fix it now, but not once you are at the airport.

Make sure you call and confirm that you are registered. When you get to the DME desk at the airport you will be given a ticket with a barcode. You need that barcode scanned to get on the DME bus. Like the other posters have said, you can describe your luggage, show you bag claim, and they will pick up your luggage and get it to your resort.
You will be given your barcode for the return trip, the night before your DME return to airport reservation....
