All the time, darling.

I'm going on a new diet. I hope it works.

Just try eating healthy, and cutting out little things at first. Like say, I won't drink anymore soda. And cutting that out alone will make you lose a few pounds.

haha, i have, i had a best friend who used to be like that and it pissed me off anytime she would say anything around me bc she did it intentionally bc she knew it bothered me...lets just say that now, i pretend she doesnt exist (longggggg fight thats never going to be mended)

well in the summer, i have field hockey practices often and i swim quite alot so i dont worry about summer much, but when field hocey season is over, i tend to purposly eat less, doesnt work to well, but i lie to myself and say it does

Ask your family to try eating healthier and exercising with you. If you have a lot of support and other people trying to be healthier too, it might be easier for you to stick to it.

I am also trying to lose weight, but my trip isn't for another two years, so I have a little while to work on it.

See yeah, my trip is in September and I'd like to lose at least 15-20 pounds by then. Not for anyone, but myself. I'm not at a very healthy point right now with my eating. I'm either not eating because I have no appetite, or binging because I'm bored.

I'm another super skinny twig. I love being skinny and all, but it's just so hard for me to try and build up my massive muscles when my combination of picky eating and high metabolism kick in everyday!

As far as dieting though, my family has had much success with weight watchers by counting up points and allowing yourself so much a day. Or as Dr. Ian on Celebrity Fit Club would say, "You can still eat what you love, but rationalize your food into segments. If you're gonna eat fried chicken, at least take the skin off. Make healthy choices." Combine that with exercise, and you're good to go!

Same. I wanna lose 20 pounds by the end of July for our trip and stuff. Doubt I'll have enough time but. I'm hoping my face will clear up then too. I've tried cutting out pop. It lasted 3 days....all I was drinking was water.....let's just say...it wasn't my best idea! XD I couldn't stand it.
