I don't use any of the kinds you can find in grocery stores. In the early 1990's I owned a hot sauce / salsa business.... carried 400+ products.... and this is my all time favorite sauce.

I do like Tabasco Chipoltle Sauce, but Texas Pete has the best flavor, and makes the BEST hot wings!

to me, Tabasco regular has no flavor, just sour and hot.
