so I just want to make sure I have this correct. I am allowed 3 fp+'s per day regardless of how many parks I visit on that day is that correct..
For instance if I pick 3 fp+ for Epcot on my arrival day and then hop over to MK I cannot pick fp+ for that park is that correct unless I go to a kiosk?

Yes. You can reserve in advance three FP+s at one park per day. Once those have been used, you can select a fourth FP+ at the original park or the park you hopped to regardless of "tier".
