Chipping in here with my experience with 21 day tickets. I was able to book the first 14 days and no further on my 60 day window. However, I was able to book the remaining days one day at a time from the next day. Not relevant to the OP but hope that helps others with 21 day tickets. I know that there were issues for others with the longer tickets a few months back and they seem to have sorted that out now. I had no problems with my choice of times and attractions when choosing for the remaining days.
