My husband and I have annual passes that expired last month. We are going to Disney World again in July. We don't plan to purchase our new annual passes until we go. Does that mean that we can't make FP+ until we arrive? Does it make any difference at all that we have 2 day passes in our My Disney Experience account from our last trip??

Finally, IF we can't make FP+ reservations until our first day in the park, is there ANY chance we will get any quality rides???

You need to have tickets to book FP+. You can use the 2 day tickets you have to book 2 day's worth ahead of time, but you'll have to wait until you get there to book any more.

You can book FPs for the two days worth of ticket entitlements that are linked to your MDE. As soon as you purchase your APs, link them and book the rest of your FPs if your trip is longer than 2 days.
