FP+ selections for DS5

I am taking my DS5 the first week of May. I haven't been to the parks in over 20 years, but I'm gearing this completely towards my son's interests. We're able to do our FP+ reservations now and I'm not sure what (other than TSM) I need to be sure to schedule. He's can be a little timid about rides, so none of the big stuff. We're spending a full day in each park, plus a second day at MK.
Suggestions/thoughts?

Pan, Soarin', Kilimanjaro Safaris, and TSM as you mentioned are among the best uses of FP for the younger set.
