FP+ question at 60 days

We are at WDW for 11 days in September. We have 6 day tix, as we are also going to universal and sea world. The problem is there are two days up in the air that we haven't put in stone yet. So will they only let me book FP+ for 6 of our 11 days because that is how many ticket days I have? Or will they let me book my extra 2 days too? Which of course I would cancel when we figure out what we are doing so someone else could have them. In other words, can I book FP+ for all of my trip or just as many days as my tickets are good for if that makes any sense?

It only lets you book FP+ for the number of days on the tickets.
