We are staying onsite for 2+ weeks. When my 60 days window opens up do I need to stay up every night (Orlando will be one hour ahead of me then I think) and book my 3 fast passes one day at a time or do onsite get 60+ 10 like with dining reservations? Hope that makes sense!

You can book your whole vacation at 60 days. I believe FP+ is at least 60+ 14 days, if not more.

How many "days" worth of TICKETS do you have?
