FP parade or FOW?

Making FP+ selections tomorrow. Trying to decide which would be preferable at AK: the parade or Flights of Wonder. I think selected seating/viewing is all these offer but it's the only things I'm doing (for 3rd choice) that may need FP. Which would you pick?

You're right. I didn't realize that FOW did not have a fastpass. Guess that answers it. Thanks!
