FP+ on MDE

My window opens tonight for a 5 night trip in Jan! There's nothing blatantly obvious on my MDE app telling me that it opens tonight - should there be? Or will it just be enabled at midnight? Thanks! I think I'll cry if I stay up that late to book FP+ and it doesn't work!

Silly me, you're right, there is! Kind of forgot I could access the full site from my phone too. Seems like the advice here has been that it's easier to book on the app than the site though, yes? That's what I was planning on doing if I can stay up

I know website versus app is discussed on the FP thread. I only use the app and haven't had any problems. Maybe @mesaboy2 can give you his thoughts?

I've found the website can do a little bit more than the app can (change FPs for individuals within a group, for instance), but for most things I think the app is fine. Whatever works best for the individual.

It is tonight. Refresh at 12:00 and you'll be able to book. The app doesn't have a blurb and because I don't use the website, I'm not able to tell you where to search.

Pkdof, I was able to see the blurb by clicking on the add FP+ tab within the MDE website. It had a lock symbol, and when I clicked it said it would open 11/4. Good luck!

Just realized mine doesn't say it because I have annual passes and can make them now within a 30 day window, just not our trip dates. I'm anxiously awaiting the window to open for our trip!

Your window should expand to 60 days in just a couple more minutes.

Got everything I wanted, times are pretty much ok. Question, though: I have a throwaway night with extra magic bands for phantoms and tickets associated with those bands, but it will only allow me to make FP+ selections for two days before "their" arrival and the two days on property - why can't I go as many days out as they have tickets? Or is it rolling and I can make more each day?
