FP+issues with app

I stayed up till 3 am doing all of my FP+ last night because I would have them, but the app tells me that the selections are only for 1 person, and picks a random person from our party of 7. But I know I had all 7 checked, and then when I log into MDE on the website, it says FP for 7:confused3 Anyone else have this problem? I just checked again this morning, and app still says FP for 1, but website shows FP for 7.
 
I have had this happen to me at times when viewing my FP selections thru the app. If on the website, it shows the correct number then you're fine. The app can be so glitchy!! Try closing it out and then opening it again. See if that helps. Lots of times I don't even use the app. I just log in thru the website because it works so much better. The "plans" section of the app is pretty much unusable. It never loads. I always have to view our plans via the website.
 
I have the exact same problem....random members coming up as having fp's. I panicked about it at first, but when I go into the app and I click on everyone's name individually, it shows me exactly what FP each person has and so far, everyone has the exact same FP at the same time. So everything matches as it should for us.
 
Easy fix for you. Do No Use The AP. Ever. Log in to the website, even on your phone. Problem (mostly) solved.

The OP's issue is just a display issue. I've only had minor issues booking/changing FP+ selections using the app, but it works.

Oh, I do realize that. But display issues just confuse the situation. The Ap is well known for display issues just like this. If it displays wrong it makes it difficult to confirm it booked things right. So instead of confusing and worrying yourself my advice is to not ever use it. Not when you have a web browser right on your phone that doesn't have display issues. If you have to go to the website to confirm it's displaying correctly why not just use it to do everything?

:thumbsup2 yup, exactly what DH said. Although I did get an ipad out of trying to sell him on the fact that we need the app and it wasn't available on my windows phone:rotfl: Good to know that I didn't screw them up. I was up till 3am re-doing them over and over trying to figure out what I was doing wrong because I had everyone checked, but it was only showing a FP for one:badpc:
