FP+ in HS am or AK pm?

I know the general rule of thumb when hopping is to make FPs for pm but wondering wwyd in this scenerio. Sept 23 planning on rope dropping HS for Jedi training then AK that afternoon. If I did FPs in HS what do you think the chances are for safari as a 4th FP in late afternoon/evening? Also plan to do FPs in HS on 9/24 but with afternoon arrival after pool morning. Are they still letting you sign up for Jedi training before the internal rope drops? This is my son's birthday trip and tsmm and R&R are two of his favorites. And the uncertainty of the nighttime offerings at AK are not helping! Thoughts? Thanks in advance ☺
