FP+ help please! Here now

So our plans changed and I wanted to change the times on our two remaining FP+ for the day. However, because there were no other times left for one of them (TSMM) I couldn't change the time on the other one. So, I just canceled our FP+ selections for the day.

But now, it won't let me make new ones because it says FP+ selections already in place. I think it's because we have used all the days available for FP+ (7 day tickets, we booked 7 days of FP+)... but we have two for today that we never used! I went back in to see if maybe it hadn't canceled the other ones, but it did. So, now we have no FP+ and it won't let us make new ones.

Any suggestions?

Go to a kiosk scan your MagicBands and ask a CM for assistance.

You should have Modified instead of canceling. You gave up your 2 FP allotments by canceling.

You have to go the the actual kiosk in the park you want the FP in I believe to get the 4th one. I may be wrong ...others will chim in with more info if this isn't correct.

I didn't want to get a 4th one. I wanted to change the time on the two remaining ones we had. And as I explained in my post - I DID try to modify first
At any rate, contacted MDE help and they got us two FP+

Yes I think that's correct. You will have to make additional FPs one-at-a-time with the kiosk. You can't make any more on your phone app.

That's good it worked out. But, never Cancel because then you have to waste vacation time getting assistance from a MyMagic+ help center in the park.
