You *should* be able to get a FP+ reservation for the Frozen singalong at DHS pretty easily at 30 days out. A&E FP+ reservations will be a harder hunt at 30 days out (but not impossible if you look for single reservations that overlap).

We are staying off site and had no problems getting the Frozen sing a long. There were no A&E available at 30 days out, but since they I have been trying multiple times a day and have been able to pick some up here and there... now it's just a matter of getting them over lapping, so it is totally possible!
