Hi again!:thumbsup2

Sorry to trouble you, but I'm just tweaking my plans ready for booking my FP+ reservations tonight and I wondered if you could help me again please?:)

I know that the Indiana jones stunt spectacular is seen by many as a wasted FP, but we are popping into DHS one afternoon purely to do star tours and rock n roller coaster, and as none of the other tier 2 rides interest us, we figure we might as well use the third one for Indy, as we definitely want to do that this year if its possibly closing before we visit WDW again:sad2:

My question is - does anyone know how the FP+ timings work for Indy please? (I assume it isn't an hours time slots like the continual rides?)So what time would the time slot be for, say, the 5.15pm show?

Many thanks for any info:thumbsup2

I'll say you'd arrive between 4:45 and 5:05PM.

But, nearly a worthless FP+, anyway.
If you arrive at, say 4:45 to 5:00PM without a FP, you could get good seats.

Agree. Worthless. Book your "3rd" FP as your "1st" FP in the morning and let it lapse. Book your other two FPs for the times you are going to use them, and when you are done, go to a kiosk and try to book a 4th FP for something (anything) else that you want to do, Tier 1 or otherwise. It could be something you haven't done, or maybe you could do Star Tours a second time.

Thanks ever so much - hadn't thought of just letting it lapse - doh!

That's OK. The system is new. But in some instances, that great line from "War Games" comes in handy. "The only winning move is not to play." Sometimes, the best way to "use" a FP is to not use it at all.

Thank you:thumbsup2. I've saved that quote to my phone to remind me of that fact ! - our first and only trip at Christmas using FP+ turned into a less than enjoyable military operation! :lmao: Unfortunately I let our FP+ bookings for most if the trip dictate our day (rushing back from offsite to do them rather than doing what we really wanted to do!) - it wasn't until the last couple of days that I accepted I could just let them go and I wouldn't have 'lost' or 'missed out' on something!! :scared::goodvibes

This time I'm not stressing - if we are enjoying ourselves elsewhere - then I'll just cancel the reservations - and 'not play the game!':thumbsup2

Thanks for the reminder:wave2:
