FP booking and time zones

Sorry if this has already been answered--I couldn't find it in the FP board...

Can a West Coast-based member of our party book FP at midnight Eastern time (9 pm Western) once we hit our 60 day window? We're all staying the in the same room and the accounts are linked.

This is a party of 11, which may complicate things.

We really just want maybe three attractions all together. (It's easier for West Coast to book at 9pm than East Coast at midnight.)
