FP+/BoG lunch

Using the link for the BOG fastpass, I cannot get beyond the login screen. I get message, "invalid email or password". I am using correct information. Very frustrating! Anyone else having this problem?
 
You need the 12-digit number. Your resort reservation might contain letters. If so, mouse hover over the 'check in online' or 'make a payment' links. The 12-digit number should be embedded in the URL.
 
Read somewhere that the number appears in your magic band reservation & that was easy to see.

I made reservations & order but I'm worried DD will change her mind when we get there... How easy is that to do? Also will there be a way to change one of her sides to a dessert or should I order an extra for her (child in QS plan)?
 
Try "Select" again and see if it will give you the Thursday Fp+ and if it does, take a screenshot before you leave the confirmation page.

When I hit 'select,' no reservation/FP+ is showing, it just shows available times. Does this mean that I don't have a reservation that day, or is this a glitch on the website?

Just use Select to make reservations for the Thursday you need. It probably deleted everything because you attempted to add in two Fp+ for the same trip - only one at a time is allowed.
 
Hi. I was wondering if you get a BOG FP does it take one of your 3 FP choices for the day? TIA!
 
Question: I was able to book a FP+ for BOG in April for my family of 4, however, my sister who we are traveling with is not able to for her family? When she follows the same link I did it only shows availability to book a FP through the end of Feb.
She is a FL resident & an APH... Could this be why? Also, she is staying at a moderate resort and we are staying at a deluxe... Could this be why?
 
I cannot get beyond the login screen. It doesn't get to the point where you can enter a reservation number!

I tried using account login information for someone traveling with us and is linked to our reservation, but when I put in the 12 digit, numbers-only reservation number beginning with the number "4", I receive message that "Guest is already Registered"??? It will not allow you to go beyond this point to select dates or times.

Because it is mid-February, only March is available for resort guests. Maybe because you are staying at a Deluxe has made a difference for your ability to select so soon.
