FP availability at 30 days out

I have always stayed onsite and made my FP+ reservations at 60 days since FP+ started. This July I am going to go to a couple of parks (MK and Epcot) while at a work conference and staying offsite. Will not be entering the parks until after 3 pm. My main interests at MK are Peter Pan (most important!), Splash Mountain, 7DMT. At Epcot - Frozen and Soarin' (I know I can't get FP for both), Spaceship Earth, Nemo. Of the ones listed, which ones will likely not have availability at 30 days out?

I only have a 7-day booking window and the only one NOT available at MK is 7DMT for one person. At 30 days out, that may be available to you.

At Epcot, Frozen may not be available but if you're only booking for 1 person, you should have a chance at either Soarin' or Frozen.

Thanks - I just wasn't sure what to expect. I am not counting on getting Frozen but I can wait til my next trip with my kids for that if I have to...
