FP+ and Park Hopper????

I'm a little unclear on how FP+ works with Park Hopper tickets....do I still need to schedule my first 3 FP+ at park #1 and then I can get a FP+ at Park #2 or 3 of the day when I get there at a FP+ Kiosk?

Yesterday I saw on a FB post someone's screenshot of their FP+ reservations for yesterday. They had 2 for MK and then their 3rd was for AK - so I'm slightly confused.

I was just coming to post the same question, I'm so confused in general by the whole FP+ thing.

There is a thread at the top of the page about the 4th FP (similarly worded in the title). If you read through the posts on the first 3 pages there is some great information, all up to date as of the last 24 hours.
