FP and comp tix - will this work?

Hii! I'm hoping someone has some insight on how to handle FP for our upcoming trip. We are going into the parks 4 days, and are staying on property. The first two of the days we have comp tix, (1 day park hoppers), already associated with our MDE account. For the last two days we will be main gated in by our friends. These days are set due to our friends schedules.

If I book FP 60+ 4 days out, on the days we actually expect to get main gated (to maximize chances of getting Anna and Elsa FP at the end of our trip) will that work? Or do I have to save a comp tix for that day instead of using the main gate admission since I booked the fast passes? I'm willing to forgo fast passes for a day that we use the comp tix if that means I can keep the FP for our last day.

As far as I understand it...

You can book FP+ for the days that you use the comp passes since they are linked to your MDE account and are assigned to the people in your traveling party.

On the day that you enter the parks using your friend's main gate pass, your friend will need to book the FP+ and link those to his/her guest passes. The guest passes are linked specifically to the CMs MDE account and can not be assigned to any specific person.

I hope that makes sense. My DH is a CM and we are still getting used to how all of this works. I'm sure someone else will chime in and add a little more clarity.

The Main Gates and the Guest Passes will be on your friend's MDE account.

As soon as you use your Comp Tickets for entrance on your first two days, you won't have ticket entitlements in your account for days #3 and #4 and you will lose your FPs for those days.

Your friend can book FPs in advance. If they are on site with you, they can book 60 days in advance. If not, then they can book 7 days in advance.
