FP+ 7DMT and A&E, any luck changing times?

We are getting set for our trip to WDW starting 12/2. I made FP+s on my window opening day. I want to make some changes. However, I have been unable to get any other options for 7DMT and A&E. I'm grateful I have these FP+s, but really need to adjust them.

Is anyone else having any luck changing times?

I thought BOG ADR would be the hardest. But that has not been the case. BOG ADRs seam much more available than key FP+s.

Keep checking. Stuff does come up but you have to be able to grab it.

Just booked 7DMT for 11/30, lots of availability just opened.
