Once I use my first 3 pre-planned FPs and I go to a kiosk, do i need to actually swipe all of my family's magic bands or do i just need one and then assign the same FP to the others in my group (similar to the way you do it on MDE)?

As long as they are all linked, just one is fine.

So you actually use the MB to make the FP+ selections? You just scan that and it brings up all the names?
