Looking forward to our trip to WDW in 60 days. Different strategy this time with the five full days being allocated as follows:

1 - Blizzard Beach
2 - Animal Kingdom/Epcot
3 - pool day (staying at the Yacht Club)
4 - Typhoon Lagoon
5 - Hollywood Studios/Magic Kingdom

On the last day I like what we've set up the FP+ and ADRs which has us doing HS in the morning (i.e., rope drop) and the MK in the evening (ADR at 9 p.m. at the California Grill).

It's Day 2 I'm not sure if we're doing it right. Right now I have it planned where we will be arriving at AK at rope drop and the two teens must do Everest. After that everyone has their own show/ride that they want: DD wants the Kali Rapids, DH wants Flights of Wonder, DW wants Finding Nemo, and DS is just gracing us with his 18 YO presence. Later that evening the plan calls for Illuminations at Epcot and we all want to do both Test Track and Soarin'.

Do I have the day backwards? Should be we be doing Epcot at rope drop to get both Soarin' and Test Track in first and take our chances later for booking the 4th FP+ for AK later?

Our family would be bored with a whole "pool day" and an entire day at Typhoon Lagoon, but obviously you know what your family likes! We would plan half days at parks those days, then half days at TL and the pool.

But to answer your question, I would keep that schedule, but make your FP+ for Epcot later in the day. Just do AK without FP+. Even Everest has lines that aren't that long, or there is always single rider if necessary. Just be sure to do Safari early, if you plan to ride it.

If you want Soarin', I'd schedule FP+ that. You will then have to wait for TT or do single rider (since you can't have FP+ for both Soarin' and TT, and will be very unlikely to get either as a fourth FP+).

Have fun however you schedule it!
