Four Nite Cruise....do we really need to bring dressy clothes?

Because we're only on board for four nites, I was just curious as to how dressy we would actually ever have to be.

I'm assuming there's no truly formal nite.....am I right?

You're right, there is no formal night. However, dinner at Triton's is a little dressier than at the other restaurants and if you dine at Palo's you will definitely want to dress for that. Not formal, just a nice pantsuit or dress will do. Jacket for men(with or w/o tie)

When we sailed on our 4 day cruise in January there were not a lot of men in jackets at Triton's. We dined there our first night so maybe a lot of people didn't dress up because the sailaway party lasted till almost time to eat for 1st seating.

At Triton's I wore a long dress that was somewhat dressy, but was surprised to see a few women in "evening gowns" and their escorts in black tie. Maybe they were "double-dipping" at Palos the same night (LOL). You will find a variety of styles onboard. Those who are accustomed to Crystal Cruises or Seabourn might think they are required to be in formal attire. On the other hand, at the same seating there were guys in Dockers and polo shirts.
