My my we have been chatty here!!

I got a paper from WW today. I can pay $10 a week as long as I don't miss a week. They are trying to save me money 'during these uncertain economical times.' I should tell them I can save myself 10 a week by not going at all except I would probably get flamed with them saying well you sure need it ****.

Just have to share this email I got today---it says it all!

I agree about opinions anymore. Take Ms. California. Whether you agree with her opinion or disagree with it, she is entitled to it. The stink being raised over that is really making me mad! Since when is it not okay to have an opinion? (and her opinion was not insulting to anyone btw...just an opinion)

Ha Ha. DD got her cell phone taken away today at school and said her teacher does not understand that sometimes people need to contact her. That a person can't just go 6 hours without contact from the outside world. I told her that her teacher probably would not understand because we went to school for 6 hours with no contact from the outside world. Her answer? Things change...

That whole Miss CA thing is ridiculous. She lost becuase she answered a question honestly? Becuase she stood up for her beliefs? Since when is that a BAD thing? Apparently, you are only allowed to have an opinion if it is the same as everyone else's.

just checking in-I was busy polishing my tiara and stocking the wine cellar but I managed to find time to come online. The chauffeur was late getting precious home from her lessons this afternoon-you would think that she(see I am very equal opportunity/non sexist when I hire my staff )would know that bringing Darling home so late interrupts high tea. I had to just skip high tea and go straight to happy hour. It totally RUINS my 'me' time.

I seem to have a rather large scandel brewing here in my little hometown. About a week and a half ago a local talk radio DJ and his 19 year old daughter went missing... I guess you just never know what is going on in your neighbors house do you!

Oh MY! So, how on earth did she end up at WDW, and what did that have to do with the father's disappearance and his scandalous behavior???? Weird.

In other news, the sun is shining!!! Woohooo!!! Only about 55 today, but 70 tomorrow and mid-80s for the weekend! i can't wait!

I have no clue why he took her to WDW. Maybe he wanted one last time for his daughter to look at him with loving eyes instead of ones filled with disgust. I'm not sure if we will every know all the details. Maybe once a trial begins.

We've only been to two KOAs one I really liked and the other I didn't care for. Wish we could go. Like camping but DH still has a job so has to show up now and then. We are going to Zion in about two weeks although I'm thinking about the Grand Canyon. We haven't been to the south rim only the north rim.

It's shaping up to be a beautiful day and on into the weekend...it's about time.

I'm not sure how big the story got. I know the U.S. Marshals got involved. He was arrested in California but had been spotted in several southern states. It doesn't say which ones in the newspaper article that I read today but our Cheif of Police said that he had been working with law enforcement agencies from Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and California.

Did anyone see the story about the Cheerleading Coach from CA that was fired because she had posed for nude phots that were displayed on Playboy's internet site before she accepted the job at Casa Roble High School? She claims that she told the Administration about her modeling career and about the photos before she accepted the job. I guess the Mother of a girl who had been barred from trying out for the team because she'd had more than three unexcused absences from school reported the photos. I think if I read the report correctly the photos were on a Playboy pay-to-view site. If that is the case then what was the Mom doing on there when she saw the cheerleading coach?

I seem to have a rather large scandel brewing here in my little hometown. About a week and a half ago a local talk radio DJ and his 19 year old daughter went missing. He was giving his daughter a ride to work while on his way to work and neither of them showed. He actually did stop by to pick up his check I guess but didn't stick around. The story was on WMUR 9 which is our largest news station here in NH and they were interviewing the Cheif of Police in my town who claimed that since they were both adults and since no foul play was determined that there was nothing they could do. It's not against the law for two adults to just up and leave their families.(I guess the guy has a wife and a couple of other kids) Well, this was on a Monday and by Wednesday the daughter was found in WDW. She contacted home and the family paid her way home. Information was also released that family members found child porn on disks or tapes in this guys personal stuff and that some of the porn looked to have been made right there in is home! An APB was put out for him and as of yesterday he was found in California and will be appearing in court today to see whether or not he will be coming back here to face charges. The whole town is buzzing as he used to be a Police officer here and then he worked at the local Newspaper before working at the radio station.

I guess you just never know what is going on in your neighbors house do you!

Something is just missing from Jr this year. Him and Tony Jr are NOT getting along at all and that hurts the team.

Kyle is on my list....as the spare. I think he's still a little too reckless for a plate race.

This is the kind of race Jr usually does good at. Out of 18 starts here, his average finish is 14.8. At least he led laps here both races last year. I read a rumor about switching crew chiefs but they said it wasn't true??? I can't decide whether they should split the Jr's up or not.

Pikester, thanks for thinking of me. Garsh... The Kim Possible thing sounds kinda fun but honestly we are so out of touch we don't even know who she is. We hardly watch regular TV, just shows that we buy on video or dvd. We have a huge collection which helps us filter out a lot of crap they put on tv nowadays.
You are right. DD and I tend to split up from DH and DS a lot when we are on our DL trip. DD is NOT a thrill seeker at all while DS likes things a little wilder than the stuff she likes. We finally gave up waiting around on each other cause you can waste huge chunks of your days that way. Plus DH and DS really do not have much patience to hang out with DD too long. Keeps everyone much happier if we split and just do our own thing. Not so sure how it will play out in WDW. Since there is so much none of us have seen we may spend a bit more time together. We'll just have to see how it goes.
Your trip to the theater sounded horrible. I've had the kids kick the back of my chair through the whole movie but I don't think I've ever had it as bad as your trip.

Yeah MagiKitty is packing! It's almost time! Thanks for recommending the non-alcoholic pina colada at Rainforest Cafe. That sounds so good!

Got a WDW question for ya'll...
How many of you use TGM? Do you really do the complete ride to ride itinerary? I find a lot of the information very useful but I just cannot imagine printing out a minute by minute schedule to go by. Is WDW gonna be that complicated or will we be able to have a good time and get anything done without a complete laid out plan?

quickie good morning friends before I start to really panic. There is just SO MUCH to do before my trip tomorrow. And, of course, its supposed to be gorgeous outside today so I'll want to loll around the yard rather than doing what I'm supposed to! Will try to stop by later today, hopefully successful with all my errands!

For my racer friends, I saw this on a truck yesterday, and it made me laugh and think of you: "I'm not speeding, I'm qualifying".

For the others, I was in traffic yesterday and the car in front of me had this: "Why worry? God is in charge". It totally changed my mood.

Have I told you this? My ridiculously cheap flight will be at a cost to my sanity tomorrow. Its my own Amazing Race. I fly from here to Philly, from Philly to Charlotte, Charlotte to Orlando. Please say a little prayer for me! I'll try to standby for two direct flights from Philly to Orlando, we'll have to see!

Good morning ladies! It's starting out at 44 degrees with a beautiful sunny sky! This weekend we will be hitting the 80s for the first time this year!

mariezp: I dont' have TG Mike but we have used Touring plans before. I think the thing to do is use the plan so it works best for you. Using the plan helps you avoid the "Now what should we do" question. I can't remember but you are going to be there for 2 weeks? If that is correct then you have more time then most and should be able to go with the flow. When we used a plan we used it just for the morning and then did whatever we felt like in the afternoon.

Did any of that help? I keep thinking I didn't really answer your question.

Do you have the Passporter book? I love it!
