It's going. Same old, same old. Counting the days till DH comes home.

That could be very bad if it is slippery. It is extremelly cold and fairly windy here, I think the temp is around 19 but feels colder with the wind. They are calling for bad snow all weekend here to. Of course, I have like a bazillion parties to go to this weekend. Figures. I hate driving in the snow. How long will it take you to drive to Hershey?

Do you mean "driving" gas? Ours went up like 35 cents. Ridiculous. I had to fill up today. I dreaded it like I was going to be in pain or something!!

I haven't checked gas prices yet. We haven't driven anywhere so haven't had to fill it up at all. I do have enough "points" with our local grocery story to save .50 a gallon when we do have to fill it.

Where is that snow/sleet line for saturday? Your way or mine?

Hershey's about a 50 min drive normally from Mom's. I have to pick up 2 other ladies. The drive isn't bad and I'm sure they keep that road ok but having others in the car and not wanting the expense of having a wreck and not liking to drive in snow and or ice is very stressful for me! I just hate winter weather. We seem to be the between areas for snow or ice this year.

I think we can all use a little of the recipe right now!

I have to watch the weather at 11. They usually say north or south of the turnpike. I think this one's coming more from the west or south west. But the jet stream is going south so next week will be colder than normal.

Night Sukie!!! A nightcap, recipe, heck just a shot sound pretty good right about now.

DH will be coming home on Saturday. It's only been a couple of days this time so it hasn't been too bad. 1.90 savings on gas. We can only save a max of 1.00 on ours. Trying to wait until we have that many points and then just fill it.

I don't know what it has been lately with the ice. The past few winters have been like that. I was hoping my kids would get one last good snowstorm but it's not looking that way.

I will wish for very very good weather for you ladies! That would be such a fun trip. I really hope I make it there one day. Did they close the amusement park there? I thought I heard they were going to do that.

I am sure trying to figure out that recipe!!

Gas here has gone from $1.43 to $1.59 in less than a week. What's THAT about? No such thing here as points for savings per gallon. It's full price, period.

We're supposed to get snow Saturday too. Hope not much. Mom's here and she hates it more than I do!

Ah, the sisters and their "recipe". I could use some of that right about now...

Just took: 1 antibiotic, 1 Prevacid, 2 Benadryl, 4 Motrin...and a partridge in a pear tree! Hope I can sleep. Pain is cranking up again...

Night M&N!! If I don't catch you again before you leave, you be careful if you end up driving on Saturday.

LITC, Hershey Park is still open. We just went this summer and met M&N. It is really a great park...my favorite next to Disney of course. I think it is the perfect family park. Plenty of thrill rides but lots and lots for the little ones. We live about 90 minutes from Hershey and about 10 minutes from another semi-major amusement park. We would rather drive to Hershey than hit the local one.

Oh, you should so try to get here for a meet. That would be so cool. There really is alot to do it Hershey. I know they have outlets and I think they are suppose to open a water park. They also sell discount tickets at the local grocery stores. Do you like thrill rides? DD12 won't ride with me anymore. I'm not cool enough and I embarrass her.
