I am into some thrill rides. I don't go backwards, and i have to work up the courage to do upside down. But I love hills and speed!

Oh well.
Just took: 1 antibiotic, 1 Prevacid, 2 Benadryl, 4 Motrin...and a partridge in a pear tree!Hope I can sleep. Pain is cranking up again...
I'm surprised you're still conscience!!!
Don't want to get sick. You could come visit me. I'd show the kids a real snowy winter before they go off to live in paradise.I don't know what it has been lately with the ice. The past few winters have been like that. I was hoping my kids would get one last good snowstorm but it's not looking that way.
Its snowing here - AGAIN. Getting 5-8 inches - AGAIN!!!

Same here. Gas $1.95 - What's up with that? The price per barrel is going down too.$1.59?????????? gas is $1.95 here.![]()
And what about the rest of us??? Are we chopped liver????OK, so if we are planning a meet in Hershey next summer, I am IN! Only about 2.5 hours from me, so that's an easy ride. And I LOVE Hershey! Ooooh, to see racetrack again, and meet M&N and LITC!! Cool beans!!!
When is this meeting taking place???
We are actually suppose to get a few inches over the weekend. Hopefully enough for them to play outside for a little bit. Weren't you debating about taking a camping trip out this way? We could always hold off on Hershey, and not that that is set in stone or anything, until you make it this way.
Ice cream for breakfast....sounds like vacation dining to me.
Morning!!!! Cold here....a little windy too.
D&DDisney, thank you for the offer but I think that might actually be too much snow for my kids.We are actually suppose to get a few inches over the weekend. No I wasn't implying you were whining.
Too bad it's so far away.
)
It's supposed to get to 69 degrees today. Then another cold front. Still no precipitation.![]()

You are tooooo funny!
"Why do I smell gas?" (as I'm prepared to evacuate the house immediately!) "Oh, I decided to test the stove". Uhhhh, WHAT? Yeah, she decided to turn on the gas. NOT the flame mind you, just the gas.
Needless to say, my little chef is banned from any and all cooking for the next week. Which is quite upsetting to her, since she's been waiting all this week to cook tonite's dinner!
All this tooth agony has NOT been in vain! I stepped on the scale this morning, worried that the # would be up due to weird eating and no exercise. Nope! DOWN 4.2# !!!!!!! So only 2.8 pounds to go! WoooooHoooo!! And to top that off, I'm not in pain! A little discomfort, but not from the tooth itself--the drain site is a little sore. Some nice cold ice cream (reduced fat, naturally!) make it all better. Yes, I ate ice cream for breakfast!

Plugged Hershey into Mapquest...it'll take me 9.5 hours!!

Ev - "Our gas is up around 10 cents as well but it's litres so its more like 20 or 30 cents per gallon. We had it down to 60 cents for a while (which is amazing considering it was 1.50 in Sept) but now it's on it's way back up." NOW THAT"S CHEAP GAS!!!!!
Too bad the gas isn't in gallons though...use to be your gas was a lot cheaper...now not so much. You can have some of my precipitation!

. I HATE snow. I had to go to a partylite party and my friends house and driving home was a nightmare. So glad to be safely tucked in the house now!Ev-It's 7 to 8 hours from here, not to much less than you.

Good evening TKers!! Hope everyone is well today. It is SNOWING here like crazy! It is so bad out. We probably only have 2 or 3 inches right now, but it is coming down fast and furious. We are supposed to get 12 inches. I HATE snow. I had to go to a partylite party and my friends house and driving home was a nightmare. So glad to be safely tucked in the house now!
I think they should come further this way like Niagara Falls!!!![]()
Night Sukie!!! A nightcap, recipe, heck just a shot sound pretty good right about now.
DH will be coming home on Saturday. It's only been a couple of days this time so it hasn't been too bad. 1.90 savings on gas.We can only save a max of 1.00 on ours. Trying to wait until we have that many points and then just fill it.
I don't know what it has been lately with the ice. The past few winters have been like that. I was hoping my kids would get one last good snowstorm but it's not looking that way.
I will wish for very very good weather for you ladies! That would be such a fun trip. I really hope I make it there one day. Did they close the amusement park there? I thought I heard they were going to do that.
I am sure trying to figure out that recipe!!
Ah, the sisters and their "recipe". I could use some of that right about now...
Just took: 1 antibiotic, 1 Prevacid, 2 Benadryl, 4 Motrin...and a partridge in a pear tree!Hope I can sleep. Pain is cranking up again...
Night M&N!! If I don't catch you again before you leave, you be careful if you end up driving on Saturday.
LITC, Hershey Park is still open. We just went this summer and met M&N. It is really a great park...my favorite next to Disney of course. I think it is the perfect family park. Plenty of thrill rides but lots and lots for the little ones. We live about 90 minutes from Hershey and about 10 minutes from another semi-major amusement park. We would rather drive to Hershey than hit the local one.
LOVE Hershey! I totally agree. Next to Disney, its my favorite park. Although, we went to Knoebels a few years ago for the first time, and that was a ton of fun too. Have you ever been there?I think they should come further this way like Niagara Falls!!!![]()

Since we all like amusement parks, maybe we could compromise and hit Cedar Point. That's been on my list for years. Or, perhaps we should just set up a cross-country TKers park trip. We'll start on the East Coast and work our way West to DL.![]()

Luckly I didn't do any more damage than a blown tire. The tow truck was gonna take 2 1/2 hours so I decided to change it myself. THX Dad for making me learn how
because DH was a PITA about it. I got everything out, got the jack under, but couldn't break the lugs using the stupid tire iron that came with the car. All the time in the center esplanade of a 4 lane highway!!!! I called DH to come help me break the lugs, but was worried that I might have done more damage than the tire/alignment.
" I hung up on him and called my mom, she called him back and let him have it
thank goodness I didn't rip up the undercarriage.
thanks to something that was red and not colorfast. She is steamed and was yelling that I had to go out with her today and buy her more clothes-
I told her she looks good in pink and will be doing her own laundry-separately- from now on-I'd only done this load because I needed more darks to make a load. Jeez, try to help a kid out.
ixiedust: here, to go back the week of Christmas '09.
Maybe we should organize a mini-meet and do a direct webcam back.
Where are you staying????
-no arguments about directions
and no risk of getting stuck in airports!!!
Wish me luck
