Fountains at Donald's boat?

Are the fountains at Donald's boat and Ariels grotto still working? It seems everytime we go the fountains are not working. DD loves the fountains at Donald's boat and I would like to prepare her ahead of time if they are not working. We are going in February and again in May (not sure it will be warm enough in February for her to play). Thanks.

We went around Nov 10 and they (WDW Guest Relations) said the fountains were open for splash play but the area was dry

As many times as we have been, they have never been working, so we just quit counting on it. My kids don't even know there is water involved with the boat, they just think it's a big boat you can go in and blow the horn and leave.

Donald's boat was dry for quite some time, but they did manage to get the fountains working again They are currently not on because it has been on the cold side, but when the weather is warmer they are turned on... I want to say it has been about 3 months now that they have been working

We were there in November and they were not working - maybe they shut them down late afternoon/evening as it was dark by the time we made our way to Toontown

They were working Thanksgiving week. I don't remember which day we went - Sunday or Monday before Thanksgiving. DS enjoyed but couldn't get too wet. We had to run for PS at Crystal Palace.
