Bought twice with Fidelity. Our per point price was so low that the fees were a non issue. They were fine.

oh good! fee is 195... but their points do seem less.... so hoping it all washes out. You find the contract you want wherever it is, hard to be too choosey. made offer 2.00 under asking... ahhhh.. scary, exciting all at the same time!

when i made an offer in the morning they contacted the sellers and i heard back by the afternoon. It all depends on how long it takes the owners to decide and then repond to the agent

300 point contracts are more difficult to sell and should stay on market longer and sell for slightly less.

Lowball what you're thinking of offering by at least $2 dollars more per point and start there.

I did that for my 250 point BCV offer and it was accepted without a counter.

My point is that BECAUSE you're now considering a larger contract, with that consideration should including a savings in cost due to buying a more difficult to sell large contract. Amend your pricing decision accordingly.

I'd tend to go under, maybe 200-250 in this situation and see how it goes.

Congratulations! You got a great price and Fidelity is a great company to work with.
I personally prefer the 1 brdm even if just the two of us. It lets you feel more at home than in a hotel.
Now look out for addonitis!

I feel even better now reading this! I am super excited and I do feel I got a good deal which makes it even better... I think I read someone say they would have offered lower, but I feel good about it. I got alot of points for a great price at a great place! Thanks so much!

Yeah, if you get the right contract for your needs, it doesn't make sense to lose it over $300.
