Fort Wilderness Survey

Yesterday we received a survey from Disney regarding our trip last month. The card said they only send it to a few people. Anyone else get this or was it just a way to make us feel special so we'd do it?
Anyway, we filled it out over the internet last night. It was almost all about our experience at the Fort.

Don't want to burst your bubble, but I've gotten one after every trip for the last 3 years. But hey, maybe we're both special!

Maybe, but it sure is good to at least feel special once in a while, so what the heck - let's believe it was just sent to us!

I think you guys must be special! I've been staying at the Fort for the last 18 years, and have never received a survey!

I get one after every trip . ....... never thought of it as "special", as I thought everybody got one. I even got one last week regarding my upcoming reservation in September. They wanted to know all about how I was treated while making a ressie. That is only the second time I have gotten one of those.

We have done 3 or 4 but we don't get it every time. Don't know how much attention they pay to them. The prices keep going up, no pool rehab, River Country still closed and the peacocks are still gone. But I will keep giving them an earful every chance I get.

In all of our trips we have never received one. I would love for the opportunity to share my opinion

I've gotten one for three out of my five Ft. Wilderness trips.

I have never gotten one for any of my other resort stays.

Live4FW - so funny you mentioned that - I did talk about that in my comments, one thing Ft Wilderness needs is themeing at the pools !

For the record, I have addressed the lack of themed pool and hot tub in every survey that I've completed. I know others who have done the same. Hopefully, one day they'll listen.

I have gotten the survey twice out of the 5 times we have stayed there. The last one was last Seppt after our Aug stay. I also mentioned the pool and hot tub in my survey since I stayed at the Wl before we started camping.

I got a survey after last years visit to Ft. Wilderness and then got one after my January 2006 visit to ALMu.

I noted that I appreciated receiving/submitting the survey, but it would also be nice to get some sort of perk (such as mini-golf, etc) as a thank you.

Of course, there was no reply - but it never hurts to ask.

I filled one out after our trip last month and mentioned some of the same stuff -- lack of theming @ the pool fer sure but I don't actually remember if I said anything about the missing peacocks or not.
It does sound like the responses they are getting are all pretty consistent. For what it's worth, in my opinion we ARE special.
