Fort Wilderness store/gift shop

As a Xmas present I'm giving my girls a 5day trip to WDW/Fort Wilderness over spring break in March. I'd like to get a Ft. Wilderness Tshirt or some FW souvenier to wrap for Xmas morning. do I have to have paid for entrance to the park just to go to the store/gift shop? I only live an hour away so it's not a big deal just to drive over, but obviously I don't want to pay for a days pass just to go to one store. Thanks!

You can drive to FW, park in the lot and take a bus to the Meadow Trading Post. I'd call ahead they sell out fast.

I agree with 2goofycampers, it is not hard to get in, when you get to the guard gate, just tell them what you are going to do and they will let you right in. I think this is an awesome gift!! I am trying to work it out to be there for my DD's spring break too, but not sure DW is able to get off, fingers crossed!!

When you do go, You can just drive your car down to the Trading Post. There are a few spots for parking, also an area across the street from the Trading post to park. Good luck, have fun.
