We were there as well. Much shorter parade this year. I'm curious whether it had to do with the change in parade time?? Personally, I preferred the 8:00am parade time.

The time change very well could account for that, ldubberly.

A 5pm parade infringes on evening plans like going out to dinner or heading to the theme parks in the evenings. One can still do those, of course, but the prep and planning gets pushed back.

Morning parades mean people can defer their entrance to a theme park by an hour or two at the most and still have a full day.

Will have to see what next year has in store. Keep the new time or revert back to the old?
