Fort Wilderness Golf Cart Information

We just booked our cabin at Fort Wilderness for June. I need some information on golf carts. How much are golf cart rentals and how do you book reservations in advance? Any information would be helpful.

The golf carts are 44.00 plus tax per day and you would call the bike barn to reserve one at 407-824-2742.

Definitely reserve one in advance. You can cancel if you change your mind and they typically run out during the peak times. We always get a golf cart, but my sister and her family don't. So it's just personal preference. I think having a golf cart is part of the whole FW experience as you can explore, decorate your golf cart, bop on over to the marina etc. It's a Godsend at the end of a long day with tired toddlers.

Just an FYI. I called the Bike Barn yesterday to book a golf cart for our April trip, they indicated to me that the rates would be going up very soon.

It is now up to $47.00 per day plus tax. Just rented one for July. Does anyone know if there are any additional discounts - like AAA, AP or Disney Visa etc? I know there is a weekly discount - I need to call and ask them how much.
