As Americans, today is the day we should never forget, Sept 11, 2001.
This day changed the face of the world and our country. On this day over 3000 people lost their lives.
Please take a moment today to remember those lost ones and take time to reflect on just how fortunate we are to have those brave women and men who are willing to put themselves on the lines everyday for all of us in America.

If you have a good day today, remember where your freedoms come from.

I never want to take the freedoms I enjoy for granted. Thank you so very much to all our servicemen and women past and present who have sacrificed so much that we may be free. Also thank you's to the firefighters and law enforcement officers who also put their lives on the line everyday to serve and protect us. You are greatly appreciated today and everyday.

I think all the fiends should move to the beautiful state of Tennessee and we could start our own Fort Fiend Community/Village/Co op.

We are centrally located in the U.S.A.,,have great weather (summer),
and I wouldn't have to keep canceling and remaking making Fort ressies try'n to get to a GGathering to visit with ya'll !
(I'm selfish,,what can I say)

Morning all.

I got crapped on earlier this morning by a bird that my charming cat (Ojo-the murderer) brought in from my yard. He came in the back door..as I had it hooked open for him. Lots of noise in the neighborhood as work crews are working on our gas lines. I know this freaks the cat out..so I figured I'd keep the door hooked open so he could come in on his own. Sure enough he comes through the door... Drops the bird..which isn't dead(which at first I thought was a good thing, until it started flying around the kitchen. Pooping on the white cabinets..then on me..then flew into the dining room.
Cat's lookin' like this is great. Indoor hunting. Luckily my husband is home on vacation this week, and he managed to corner the bird. Threw a towel over him and set him free into a neighbors yard. Bob comes back in the house and looks at me..bird crap on my shoulder, cleaning up bird crap in the kitchen. This, all before the coffee has even been made. He starts laughing his *** off. What a wonderful start to the day.
He's trying to tell me that having a bird **** on ya, is good luck.
Really.. because I'm not feelin' so lucky.
I'm gonna buy a lottery ticket...I'll let ya know.
