Hey ya'll. I've come asking for a favor. Keep me in your thoughts. I found a lump in my breast last week. I had visit to the Dr. yesterday and tests today.

I had good news and no news. The good news...the lump I found is nothing to worry about. The no news...they found a nodule they want to "wait and watch". So, they will check again in a few months.

I had a rough time over the weekend. I always self-check, but I never expect to find anything. It was pretty scary.

Hmmm why do they want to watch it did you have a mammogram and why dont they want to do a biopsy? or first a needle aspiration? I will keep you in my nightly prayers and ask my boys to also add you in there's.

I liked the one where they were in the shopping mall. I think it was Dawn of the Dead.

Have you ever seen Shawn of the Deadit was really funny and good also.

Yup...I drink with my head between my legs and a straw...does the trick everytime if no straw just tilt the cup.

Got Disney, I know nothing about TL's situation obviously beyond what she posted, but in my own reading on all of this a couple months ago, I saw that sometimes there are things that they will just "watch" for awhile before deciding whether it needs to be tested further. My only guess as to why they'd do that is they don't want to do unnecessary biopsies more than they think they have to, but that's just a guess. I don't much understand it myself, either, but they're supposed to know what they're doing.

I've only done it sober when trying to get rid of the hiccups. I think it works just because it makes you concentrate so hard. If I tried doing that after a drink or two, I'd fall over.

I would fall down stone sober trying to do that. I think I will continue my gargling, since i can even do that sitting down.

[/QUOTE]I had a diagnostic mammogram and an ultrasound. They feel, due to it's location....it's better to just watch it for now. (it would be difficult to aspirate) They believe it's probably benign, but want to monitor it...just to be safe.

It was an emotional day. Go in for the mammo...wait. Call you back for additional films.....wait. Decide to do an ultrasound....wait. Have the Dr. consult during second ultrasound. I was scared to death. I'm the type that cries after it's all over. It seemed to be good news, for the ladies today. Last November, I took my grandmother for her mammo. A couple of the women weren't so fortunate.
